This goal has the following fine print specified by olimay:
On days where more than 5 min is due, if it's < 2 hours before standard bedtime and my self health/wellness screen is 4.0 or below on any one dimension, or under 6.0 overall, I MUST forgo trying to make further progress for the rest of the day and call not legit even if I think I can shamble onward. ONLY other not legit cases are technical issues and things at least as severe as sickness or family emergencies.
