Commit to keeping some metric, as recorded by a number on an arbitrary web page, moving in the right direction. This is a sort of generalization of URLminder. You point us to a public URL and then give us a regular expression. The first match group will be entered as a number on your Beeminder goal.

Once the goal is set up, your Beeminder pledge keeps you doing the thing, and we keep recording the changes in that number.
