This goal has the following fine print specified by agrawal:
+1 point when you rise at 4:30 AM, exercise and eat breakfast and do not crawl back to bed for 4 hours. Extra points if you go back to bed only at the end of the day.
Update (06-07-24) - I have built the habbit of not going back to bed, so from this day, waking up and staying up all day counts as +1
