intentionaltime: Intentional, productive time spent during the day: work, writing, walking, professional development, etc., but not reading or ceramics.
habitsjournal: Journal everyday a reflection of the previous day's success at meeting goals.
inbedby2: More or less a backup goal for the 12 screen time limit.
personaldevelopment: 5 hrs of personal development time per week — career-related courses, research, communication, or study.
