CON is currently increased by doing bulk cooks, practicing Yoga, trying new recipes, tracking my blood pressure and eating home cooked meals (or Huel). Will likely add/shuffle some other goals into here.
1 Bulk Cook or New Recipe = 1 point
1 Healthy Meal = 1/7th of a point
1 Yoga session = 1/3rd of a point
1 Blood pressure test = 1/10th of a point
When I'm comfortable with this I'll ramp the rate up a little so it requires me to do more than my minimums of these.
As of 16/07 I'm putting Yoga on hold and dialling this back accordingly.
