This goal is an aggregate goal that tracks time spent well across all activities. It gets (most of) its data automatically from the Intend app. These same hours are also tracked in more granular goals for specific types of activity.

My goal is to spend all my waking hours well -- intentionally, usefully, as opposed to wasted on mindless things I regret having done. To acknowledge that (a) it's hard to track every waking minute spent, and (b) I am not perfect, the rate for this goal is currently 10 hours a day. Given I am awake on average 16 hours a day, there is room to raise the rate as I get better at tracking where my time goes through the Intend app.
