This is a support goal. It tracks time spent doing things that keep me mentally and/or physically fit. It gets (most of) its data automatically from the Intend app.

The goal is to acknowledge that things I do to stay healthy support my life-purpose goals. This includes the obvious such as exercise, but also doing word puzzles and games, planning healthy meals, and looking for ways to reduce stress and depression. Current rate is half an hour a day, which is not a requirement, but a first guess. I'll adjust down the road.
