Here are things that count for +1:
-strength-training at the gym
-4 sets of exercises at home
-at least 30+ minutes of cardio (running combined with walking, elliptical, biking)
-yoga
-20 minutes HIIT
-walking when I'm sick
-a substantial hike
+1 for one of these activities. Can have multiple entries per day for distinct workouts.
